How do I return my order for a refund?

You can submit a refund request up to 14 days after your order is delivered. Once your request is approved, you will have 14 days to return the item to us.

Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds may be refused if items are worn, damaged, or returned in an unresellable condition.

Shipping Costs: If returning an item reduces your order value below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Exclusions: All Mystery Items/Boxes/Orders are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a size exchange (if stock is available).

To start your refund request, please visit our return portal and provide your order details.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, you can request an exchange or store credit up to 30 days after delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn and in brand-new condition with tags attached.

Do you offer free returns?

We currently do not offer free returns. We recommend:

  • Using a tracked and insured return service to cover the value of your parcel.
  • Keeping proof of postage and tracking information until your return is processed.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

We're very sorry if you received a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact us at support@mateyclothing.co.ukwithin 14 days of receiving your parcel, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
