It’s hard to notice just how far you’ve come. Whether it’s in personal growth, career, relationships, or any other part of life, we often forget to appreciate our progress. But when you take a moment to step back and reflect, you realize the importance of self-gratitude.
As some of you may know, I’m facing my own mental health challenges right now, navigating the highs and lows of each day. Reflecting on the journey from 2018 to now, I see the changes and achievements that have shaped me into the person I am today. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m proud of myself. Sure, there are things I wish I had understood sooner, but every step has contributed to who I am.
I wanted to share this for anyone who might need a reminder: take a minute to look back on where you were and where you are now. Practice self-gratitude as you go. You’re stronger than you realize, more loved than you think, and essential to this world just as you are.
